Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 June 2026 · Audio Spectrum Pro

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Audio Spectrum Pro (the “App”), published by Croscor (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

3. Measurements are provided “as is”

The App uses your device's built-in microphone, which is not a laboratory-calibrated reference instrument. All readings — including spectrum, pitch, loudness, and RT60 values — are provided for informational and field-troubleshooting purposes and may not reflect certified, absolute measurements. You are responsible for any decisions made based on them.

4. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Croscor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, equipment, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except to the extent permitted by law, and not to use the App in any unlawful manner.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and all related content are owned by Croscor and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: the App processes audio on your device and collects no personal data.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
